On September 19, 2025, the Chey Institute and the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (KFAS) co-hosted the KFAS×CHEY AI Startup Talk, a brand-new format spotlighting AI entrepreneurship. Kim Hanjoon (CTO, FuriosaAI), Jo Gangwon (CEO, Moreh), and Lee Joo Hyung (Head of AI, MarqVision)—all beneficiaries of KFAS scholarships—have built their careers founding and leading AI startups. At the talk, they shared their experiences with students aspiring to be the next generation of AI innovators. The Chey Institute and KFAS are committed to creating opportunities for future leaders to meet and learn from entrepreneurs who are successfully scaling AI, which has become an essential driver of global innovation. The Q&A session was moderated by Lee Kyunghun (Korea Representative, Brain Corporation), who contributed additional insights from his experience leading a global venture capital firm.
